During my childhood years, I could be found outside my family's farm designing houses from the pine straw. I have dedicated my life to helping people love their surroundings and show them how aesthetics can impact one's happiness. I have customer/client experience in retail, staging, home and business decor, as well as working in the wedding industry. I owned a successful rental company until my husband was transferred for an overseas assignment for 2 years. While making sales are important, I strive to achieve a happy customer/client. I have been married for 40 to the man of my dreams, and we have 3 wonderful, successful children and their lovely spouses, along with 7 beautiful grandchildren. I am a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. What my clients can expect from me is honesty, easy to reach by phone or email, a hard worker, and I will negotiate deals for my clients until they are satisfied. Over the last 20 years, I have been able to expand on my academic knowledge by gaining work experiences in sales, marketing, property management, and real estate. I love the real estate business and helping others achieve their goals of home ownership. My name is Shelia Hall, a real-estate professional with Alliance Properties, provides all her clients with a personalized experience. Shelia was engrained at a young age assessing properties and what improvements can be made to bring the most value to a home with the help of her parents. They had started construction/remodeling business in the mid 1960's. Shelia knows the value of educating homebuyers and sellers, the importance of negotiation, and the significance of effectively marketing properties with her 30-years of experience in the service industry. She went into the real-estate business to help your dreams come true.

Living most of her life in the Houston-area, Shelia currently resides in Crosby, TX with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys instructing exercise classes, playing with her 14 (and increasing) grandchildren, and traveling.

Miranda Gilbert was born and raised in Crosby, Texas. She studied Elementary Education at Houston Baptist University and received a B.S. in Elementary Education and ELL. Immediately following, she became an educator for Alief ISD where she was inspired to complete the Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction program at University of Houston-Victoria. Her deep passion for learning continued and she completed the Master of Educational Leadership program at University of Houston-Clear Lake. Throughout this time, Miranda has continued in public education and is currently an Instructional Coach for a school district in the nearby Houston area. One of her greatest passions is equality in public education and the transformation of state mandated testing. Most recently, she served as a State Board of Education committee member on the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills English Language Arts review committee.

Miranda has extensive knowledge of the Houston area and its surrounding areas. She goes the "extra mile" to give her clients the customer service that they deserve. She will guide you every step of the way and make the process easy and painless for you.

In her free time, Miranda likes to spend time with her family and her treasured animals. Miranda has two horses (Rowdy & Bo), two miniature donkeys (Bee & Bop), two goats (Bestie & Fernando), two sheep (Hopper & Booker), one Chihuahua (Frankie), one Sheprador (Freeway), one Labradoodle (Mayb), one Blue Heeler (Brady), and two cats. Houston area born and raised, I have extensive knowledge of the area and am passionate about using my industrial sales background and negotiating skills to get clients into homes they love! I have an engineering degree from Texas A&M and began my career in the oil & gas industry where I worked to improve processes and efficiency. I was quickly promoted into Production Management where I led a team of 35. I eventually transitioned into a technical sales role. Through customer focus, relationship building and consistently working to provide new solutions I was able to help my customers navigate challenging issues to save money and meet their individual business objectives. It was not unusual to have an industrial customer call you in the middle of the night needing assistance and I will bring that same level of dedication to my real estate customers whenever they need it. Buying my first home was an incredible experience and I would love to apply my unique sales experience and customer commitment to help people find their own dream home!
