Phil was recognized for his work as well as his leadership, as president of the local and district homebuilder's association.

When Phil decided to leave Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, he could have relocated anywhere in North America, but he picked Fort Bend because he believes in the present and future of the area. Phil, his wife, Kimberly, and their children love the warm Houston weather and their Sienna neighborhood. As a Realtor, Phil hopes to help many other families make a similar transition.
