“We had a difficult situation as my wife suffered a stroke. We bought a house along with my youngest daughter. We actually moved out of our Sugar Land house and went to Ohio before it went on the market. Sandy went above and beyond as she had junk removed, coordinated minor repairs, handled a deed violation, had it staged with furnishings for pictures and showings. At every step of the selling process and negotiations we discussed strategy and contingency plans. We were actually willing to settle for less, but Sandy felt that we did not have to give so much away to actually close the sale. She got quotes for the roof repair and repipe to replace galvanized piping. From our vantage point she effectively worked with the buyers agent. Proof is in the pudding. Sandy had a plan and schedule to get our house on the Market the weekend after we moved out. She kept the schedule and had an open house that weekend. As a result of the open house, we had 2 offers in two days, one of which was accepted and closed as proposed by June 7. We were more than satisfied with Sandy. She was a God send to us. ”
