“Cassandra went above and beyond her duties as my listing agent. She took over for my original listing agent that got caught lying to me and immediately took steps to mitigate the damage caused by the last agent by renting a rug doctor and cleaning the carpets and the floors and fridge and got the utilities turned back on and the yard mowed. I told Cassandra the situation I was in and instead of taking advantage of me, she went out of her way to make my situation better. Cassandra, thank you for being such a good, caring, person. “Ran into unforeseen issues towards the end of closing with FIRPTA - I think more information or advise could've been better on this issue or a process needs to be put in place at the beginning to catch this before the process starts instead of being caught off guard. I think this sale was more complicated than usual especially dealing with the other agent and Cassandra did her best to deal with her. As far as getting the house prepared Cassandra does work with a great team to get the posting online (photo/staging/ etc. ) it really makes a difference in comparison to other agents, I think this makes a difference in getting the home sold faster than others I really saw this at play in my situation. ”
